They are a pessimistic company, they are not responsible, they are unfulfilled, their translations are not exact or reliable. You should read every word they say, review the original and then send all the corrections. You will lose time, money and if you do not know English, you will trust a bad translation that can cost you your immigration process and other. Customer service representatives are from other countries (outside of US), the translators are in other countries (outside of US). Because they using freelancers no english speakers, they make your translations like using google. Terrible services!!! DONT TRY TO WORK WITH THEM..
