I've been a Moomoo client almost since its inception, with never a problem until a week ago. Moomoo indicated I had a margin call, which was impossible as I have winning trades and now have a sizeable account. In a phone conversation, Moomoo realized they had made a mistake and said my ability to trade again would be restored immediately. Not so, I still can't enter a trade, still show a margin call a week later. This morning, Moomoo rep said that they didn't know when I would be able to trade my account again. Enough. I'm ready to withdraw my funds and look for a trading platform.
