Awful, cluttered, frankenstein design app which is for professional use. I've been using sharedealing and crypto apps for over 15 years, Moomoo is by far the most awfully designed app I have ever used. And the promises of rewards I received before installing the app were never fulfilled. Using the app is a stressful experience - anything that needs 'tutorials' is not intuitive, accessible or elegant. It should be more user friendly if they want retail traders to buy in to it. The experience should be effortless but in this case, the app is so noisy I couldn't hear myself think when trying to navigate simple interactions like trying to sell shares or withdraw funds.
