Bought an adapter from them on eBay. Arrived "broken" in that the outer shell was not fixed in any way to the inner connector.
Sent a message on eBay (not wishing to affect their satisfaction grading) and got no reply. So no choice but to raise an official complaint. Guess what? Still no response!
I cannot believe that anybody would say they haven'y had every opportunity to rectify the problem, but they just don't seem interested.
