Bit of a disaster(again!). Previous order was missed for a week until I followed it up. This one was supposed to be less 10%, but didn’t happen/ also paid for “ next day delivery, but turned up 3 days later!)
Think it’s time you sorted yourselves out! Accept you can’t control Royal Mail,BUT maybe dad would be a better option?
