I’ve bought and been given Motley jewellery several times before and it’s always been great, so I was surprised when my initial order of the fantasy rock necklace arrived faulty. Motley were absolutely brilliant about resolving this; the problem was fixed really quickly and I was kept in my loop all the way through the process.
