My wife loves the product we chose. The design is stylish and the product well made. I didn't realise that choosing to have the gift engraved would add 10 days to delivery but when I contacted Motley to amend the order so that it arrived on time for a birthday Customer Services they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Overall a very positive experience.
