Well brilliant i am a 70 yearold woman buying a car for the first time in my life , not used to dealing with things on line down to talking and paying and i did it everyone that dealt with me was patirnt kind , took it step by step and was clear in instructions , so no complaints from one human to another with a whole load of tec in between .
