I ordered a pair of Peter Kaiser navy shoes for a wedding. When they arrived they were black. The shoe box was labelled with all of the correct details for navy but it contained the wrong shoes. I rang customer services who were sympathetic and promised that they would try and trace a pair of navy in my size. I was promised a call back either the following day which was a Friday, or the next Monday. However no one called me back. I wasted a lot of time over this and I would never order from Mozimo ever again.
