Received my order but unfortunately the boots I bought (Black Suede Ankle Boots) were less than perfect. They were scraped on suede & some of the suede was bare so not sure if these boots were real suede at all!
I don’t like writing negative reviews but have to be honest.
Called customer service to explain the state of the boots & they were super helpful & apologetic. Also, they sent a pre-paid return label as these boots were faulty. Such a shame as they were a beautiful style.
