The "poor" is just for the shoes as the Customer Service, ordering, delivery etc were excellent!
The shoes, such a beautiful and graceful design but not thought through. The sling is too long and really works like a sling. You make a step, your heel lifts and then the sandal, pulled by the "sling" makes a clapping or flapping noise like a slipper or flip-flop. Not very elegant. Big disappointment and just to think, the sandals come in so many colours...
