Previously the service has been good. This time sadly it has not. I ordered a pair of shoes on over a week ago & had confirmation & payment taken. Yesterday I received an email advising a 'problem' with stock and that a refund had been made. When I checked the website the shoes were still in stock. No further explanation followed my email responses. Disappointed!
