I first phoned to confirm the shoes i wanted were in stock because i was going away and couldn't be sure of getting the delivery. The help given was faultless. A pair in my size was put on one side until my return, dispatched when i phoned 10 days later and received the following day. Excellent service - and the shoes are good too!
