Cannot fault their service . Its unfortunate that the alternative shoe chosen is also too low cut across the big toe bone and I'm not prepared to spend a huge amount of money on a pair of shoes to be in agony.
Its also unfortunate that Peter Kaiser's range of shoes does not include a lot more high cut front shoes, there are plenty of these in the low heeled practical wider fit, but alas nothing much in the higher heeled (6.50cm - 8cm) shoes. These un fortunately are going to be returned and I'll stick with my Peter Kaiser "Violettas" from 3-4 years ago!
