I had an issue with the item I ordered was not delivered to my address. When I looked into it Royal Mail confirmed it had an incomplete address on it and that I would have to contact mozimo. I contacted mozimo and told I would have to sort it out by going to Royal Mail, collecting the item myself and if I didn't want it to resend it back to mozimo. The male I spoke to at mozimo didn't appear to realise that Royal Mail does not hand over packages willy nilly and will not hand over a package with an incomplete address attached to it even if I showed ID! He expected me to do all the work to retrieve the package , blaming myself for not giving a complete address (surely if this was right mozimo should have contacted the recipient to obtain the full address??) and he wasn't going to lift a finger. This showed how unprofessional mozimo really is and I will not be shopping with them again .
