Fast delivery, and one of the two pairs of trainers I had ordered were suitable. Good result. Thought it was free delivery and returns, so disappointed to find I had to pay to send the other pair back. Tried to drop them off at the Nantwich shop, which the website said was open until 5.00. Arrived at 4.00. They were switching the lights off and bringing the shutters down, and not open to take the return parcel from me. So cost me £4.70 to send it back. Will think twice about ordering on line, unless I am sure they are exactly right for me.
