i choose a local well establish estate agent hoping for a knowledgeable, well run, customer focused, estate agent where you are not just a number.
At M&P i found that and more, Paul was outstanding with his knowledge of the local market, and tradesman to help, whilst Hannah handled the viewings, surveyors and solicitors with extreme professionalism on my behalf.
In short i didn't find an estate agent, more of a extended family.
