We recently placed an order during the lockdown and unfortunately our original shipment was lost in the post. The team at Mr Pets are good people and could not have been more helpful and apologetic.
Within 72 hours not only had we received what we ordered but they even threw in an extra free bottle of the product we ordered to apologise.
I would have no hesitation ordering from them again.
