This is the first time I have used Mr Pets (never heard of it before) and I was very satisfied with the service. The product I ordered was cheaper than elsewhere - the only surprise was that it came from Switzerland! I received an email the next day advising when to expect delivery and it certainly came within the time frame, less than a week after ordering. Very good considering it came from another country. I would certainly use this company again.
