I ordered two identical items and expected them to arrive in the same package however they were sent under separate cover. I was initially concerned as the items were expensive. They did turn up one day after the other which was fine and the customer services responded to my email within a day to say they had been sent separately. Perhaps they should have told me this when they sent the order to save the worry of me thinking they had got the order wrong.
