I was very pleased with the service provided by Mr Pets. I had placed an order via the internet and a while later, I realised that I had made a mistake and needed to change it. I rang the telephone number, a very helpful lady answered and sorted out my order to reflect the change. It was wonderful to speak to an actual person at the other end of the line and for there to be flexibility in changing my order.
