Quick and easy order process, as a first time buyer for a puppy which as yet is still with his mum I did not know what weight to put in so just put in "0kg", the item was dispatched and then followed up by an email to make sure it was the correct item I had purchased, when I explained the situation they just updated my records accordingly. Item received well packaged. Would use again.
