I ordered some presciption only medication for our cat. I'd made a mistake on my order without realising and Mr.Pets rang me up the very next day to point this out in a most polite and helpful manner. Mistake rectified and product dispatched within time frame. Great service and more importantly 50% cheaper than getting prescription medication from our vet. I would definitly recommend Mr.Pets.
