Bought the Surefeed pet feeder as we have no cat flap so in the summer months, the flies hang around the food as the back door is open. One of the best things I've spent money on. Keeps food moist, flies out and no food smells as described. As the instructions state...be patient with your pet whilst they get used to this strange object in their lives. My cat took about a day and a half to figure this out but now she knows exactly what to do. Brilliant! As for the service from Mr Pets....cannot fault in any way.
