Ordered a Staywell Medium dog flap, which had been out of stock in other online shops from Mr Pets. This was our first order and we were pleased with the ease of ordering and the speed of despatch. The dog flap arrived within 2 days of ordering and was well packaged, so no issues. I haven't ordered anything else yet, but will be happy to use Mr Pets again. A good job.
