I have red a review that mr pets has taken xenex ultra spot on treatment off sale thanks to a customer raising concerns about this product. I was prescribed this by my vet and my Guinea pig had an adverse reaction to it. By taking xenex ultra off sale, mr pets has shown that animal health and safely has come above profit. To me this says mr pets is compassionate about the animals and their owners. I hope bigger companies follow in the footsteps of mr pets. You should be proud of taking this step and showing care for your customers concerns.
