I received my order today for two bottles of Tetra Aquasafe for my pond. The service was quick but the products were poorly packaged, both bottles arrived with the tops completely smashed. I realise this could be down to rough handling by Yodel but some bubble wrap around the caps and maybe some polystyrene pieces in the box to stop the bottles moving. There was a small piece of air filled plastic in the box but this was nowhere near sufficient.
