I bought a bottle of Coatex from Mr Pets which arrived leaking into the packaging. I sent an email to customer services and received a very quick reply giving me an apology and promising to send me a replacement. This arrived very quickly - this time in more robust packaging.
I was very impressed with the service from Mr Pets and would recommend them to anyone.
