Item (catflap) was competitively priced and arrived as promised. Easy to fit and works well. Only complaint was the delivery - which is no reflection on the supplier, Mr Pets.
My porch door was locked when the delivery person arrived, but rather than ringing the bell, he/she decided to 'post' the item through a skylight window that was slightly ajar. From there it fell approx. 8 feet onto a slate tiled floor. Fortunately this item wasnt too fragile and survived fine - but the delivery person wasnt to know that.
