It was during the period of the snow when the whole of the U.K. Seemed to have been affected. I did phone, as did my daughter but it did take a while for my call to be returned. However v pleasant man spoke to me and allayed my fears that I may have duplicated my order. I liked the fact that delivery was included so would always consider Mr Pets first
