Having placed my order, I did not receive an email acknowledgement as expected. I contacted them via their ‘contact’ web page, and received a prompt assurance that the order had been received, and would soon be dispatched. The dispatch email arrived safely, as did the goods a few days later. Note that they may dispatch in multiple packages - I received four packages for an order of one bottle of Virbac Vet Aquadent, two Feliway refills, and four Yeowww Stinky Cigars.
