Very competitively priced with free p&p. MrPets took payment immediatly via PayPal but did not send an acknowledgement email. I began to panic as I saw terrible reviews about this company on Trustpilot. This was compounded by the only contact method being by email. I received a reply to my enquiry after 2 days, saying my order had been dispatched. The order arrived about 3 days later. I am very pleased with the item. If MrPets can improve their email response time and get a call line set up, I'm sure it would go a long way to improving this company's reputation.
