I was a bit cautious about ordering from here after seeing some reviews online, but my experience was very positive. They kept me up to date with my order, and when I emailed to ask a question, it was answered quickly and efficiently. Hand sanitiser is very good also! Order was delivered within 2 weeks, pretty good for these uncertain times, and postage was free. Would absolutely recommend Mr Pets.
