Excellent service. Hand sanitizer arrived within 3 days. I read very negative reviews on Trustpilot after placing my order and, being concerned, emailed Mr Pets. They responded by sending me a tracking code. Like the majority of companies, they were obviously overwhelmed by the sudden increase in volume of orders. Some of the negative reviews made no allowances for these unprecedented circumstances.
