Delivery was prompt but unfortunately the packages arrived in a very battered condition, as shown in the attached photograph. We were not at home when the packages arrived and were unable to inspect their contents. The 5ltr container in the larger package was undamaged but one of the 500ml sanitiser bottles was missing from the smaller box. I would be grateful for a replacement 500ml bottle.
