it is a scam and they do try to make impossible to withdraw, they were asking me to upload previous phone bills and bank statements confirming they were paid even when i never deposited via mobile. They will do everything possible to make you want to ignore them and forget about withdrawing, Took me over 30 hours and contacting Ibas for them to process my withdrawal which i have still yet to receive . Do not use its not worth it.
