I ordered a sit online and decided after trying on not suitable. It was a nice suit, but I was going to my son's wedding and just decided an another one. I had the money back in my account swiftly after I posted the suit back. I lost my glasses and then had an email from them to say a pair was found in the return packaging. They posted back free of charge. They could have just binned them, I guess. So great customer service and also an honourable returns policy. Highly recommended.
