I emailed support on a Sunday night after having trouble finding the downloaded files, not expecting a response until at least Monday. Support guided me through every step and handled troubleshooting for more than an hour. I heard from someone again the next morning, and the issue was solved fast and effectively. Excellent service and communication; extremely impressed and happy client. Would use once more for comfort.
