Great products I am very obese to be honest but these products have helped me be able to start feeling healthier and also where I am not in pain near as often and I have been able to become more active which helps with my goal of losing weight I will say if your joints hurt look at defuse to see if it’s a fit for your situation it’s a great supplement and same with the systems that mtn ops offers I have tried multiple products from this company and currently trying more this is definitely a company worth trying
