I had looked at the video before I travelled so was pretty confident it was going to be ok but you never really know, all was exactly as described. Very friendly and very "normal" not a car salesman at all.
The car was perfect, we arranged a little finance and it was all sorted quickly, a real pleasure to do business with, highly recommended.
