It’s a bit early for me to say how effective it is, I suspect it will be be a contribution to looking after my muscles an addition to my routine, rather than a replacement of stretches and yoga and stuff.
It’s a quality piece of kit, looks swish, arrives in a nice box. It isn’t 200 quids worth though.
