We received the MuscleGun Carbon Go in the afternoon of the 6th and as we had visitors we didn't try to charge it until the next day. Following directions we plugged the USB into the wall plug and left it for nearly two hours before unplugging and trying it out.
Imagine the dismay when nothing happened at all. It wouldn't switch on. 😕
We did an online chat and followed advice but still no joy so the unit has been returned with the hope a working model replaces it.
