Purchased 4 bags. One broke during inoculation following their instructions, the air patch came apart from the bag. I taped it up and waited to see for contamination. All bags ended up being contaminated. Three were replaced because I had purchased mycoprotect with my original order but they would not replace the one that broke. If they won't replace defective product without extra "insurance" purchased then forget it, I'll never purchase again.
