Apparently reserving an item just puts you on waiting list, and the eta got moved back another month.
Customer Service just read scripts and patronized me.
Told them to change their shady ways, but it unlikely.
They even treat their employees horribly, how can they give true customer support?
Take your money and time elsewhere.
