Excellent service from start to finish. I recently purchased a used Taylor guitar, it was an expensive purchase for something I hadn’t seen and I was somewhat apprehensive. The guy I spoke to on the phone was well informed, honest and not at all pushy, if anything, he understated the condition of the guitar. They put it through their workshop and the tech called me to ask what strings I’d like fitted (foc). Guitar arrived in mint condition and I couldn’t be happier.
