While I am happy with the product but it appears it was either a returned product or it was ex-show room. The original box was taped with off the market tape and Allen rench and tremolo camen in opened plastic bag. I don’t mind a returned product or ex-show room even but should be mentioned clearly on the purchase and probably discounted as well.
