The couriers (DPD) that were supposed to be delivering my parcel from Music Street were awful, lying about having tried to deliver! However, I emailed Music Street about this and they were on it, ringing the courier and giving them hell and keeping me in the loop with phone calls to. Net result? The courier delivered my package the next day. Couldn't fault Music Street, except maybe for their choice of courier!
