Where are the customers rights???? I bought an item, had it for a couple of days, hadn’t even got it out of the box. I decided in the end it wasn’t for me so tried to return it for refund but they refused point blank, no whys nothing!!! Surely I get 28 days consumer guarantee. Absolutely fuming!!!!
