I requested for a transfer of funds about 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be resolved. I have provided all the required information yet they keep saying that my account is not verified. I have asked them for further clarification but all I get is total silence, even from their online helpdesk. If I could give them half a star I would. I sent an email to them asking for someone to call me, and so far nothing again. Very disappointed and think twice before depositing any funds with them. The funds transfer is manually requested and done via email. Edit : Have finally gotten my withdrawal request granted with the help of Fosterboon.org, I got my money back to my bank account now, thanks to Fosterboon.org.
