I made a USDT deposit into my Vourteige account, tried to trade but was met with an error code, tried to withdraw my coin so I can trade elsewhere and boom I’ve been temporarily suspended from withdrawing cos of suspicious activities and was asked to check mail so I can send some documents. Fine. But I received no single mail about that, I opened a ticket (case no_ 09704369) and I was told that they’ll reply within 5-7 working days!!! Other exchanges replies at most 24hours. MVprofit is taking weeks, wonderful 😢. Edit : It took me good(bad) 3 months before I could get out my money, it was just yesterday morning my money was secure back with the help of FOS TERBOO N . ORG. MVprofit don't want to let go of my funds, but FOS TERBOO N . ORG did a miracle and got out my money within 4 hours.
